All of our pieces are hand crafted and carefully marked so you know exactly what you’re getting – real 14K white and yellow gold, sterling silver, hand-set EF color and VS2-SI1 diamonds, and AAA-grade gemstones.
We understand that these are pieces you may never want to take off (trust us, we don’t), and as such we fully service any pieces that may arrive damaged or with defects.
For all Bow & Brooklyn purchases within the US, we offer a complimentary 60-day repair guarantee. Within 60 days of delivery, we will repair at no cost to you quality issues that arise from a manufacturing defect, including loose diamonds or stones, missing stones, or broken clasps. Our policy does not cover any scratches, dents, or issues arising from normal wear, nor does it cover resizing, lost, or stolen pieces. We inspect all pieces submitted for repair. Any pieces deemed damaged due to misuse are not covered by our policy and will incur shipping fees at the expense of the customer.
Bow & Brooklyn is not responsible for maintenance of your jewelry; we do not clean or polish purchased items. You can aid in the longevity of your pieces by removing them when working out, swimming, or doing any strenuous activity. To clean your 14K solid gold pieces, use a soft bristle toothbrush with Dawn dish soap and warm water.
